We are always looking for like minded people to come and join us. Our recruitment process is 'value based' - meaning we recognise that attitude, commitment and a caring disposition are just as important as experience and qualifications.

You do not need to have previous experience as we have a great induction & training program, ongoing training, support & development and dedicated people to guide and mentor you every step of the way. Our own trainers along with our senior team members will assist you in completing the Care Certificate before enrolling you for your more formal qualifications. We have our own dedicated team of professionals to mentor and guide you through your further qualifications.

You do need to have excellent people skills, great communication skills (both written and verbal) , a calm and patient manner, the ability to empathise with others and a desire to make a real difference to people's lives.

***July 2018*** - We are currently recruiting for care and support workers - drivers and own transport preferred. Flexible hours to suit other commitments/family responsibilities. Our rate of pay is highly competitive and we also offer contracted hours, bonus payments and lots of development and progression opportunities.
