We always follow a three-step process when it comes to providing you with the care and support you need.
The first step is to get in touch with us. You can do this by requesting a callback from us using the form on the right. Alternatively, you can email or phone us using the contact details provided on our 'Contact' page. You are also welcome to visit us at our office in Stonehouse.
For the second step, we establish your situation, your needs and requirements and the level of support you wish to receive. We do this by meeting with you and talking over what you wish to achieve. With your help, we produce a personalised support package tailored to meet your individual wishes and needs.
The third step is to meet your support worker and commence providing the tailored support package. With regular feedback, we will then continuously review and evaluate the package to ensure we are always providing you with the most relevant and affordable care.
